I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern California. In 2010, I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and was a member of the USC Women’s Water Polo Team the previous 3 years.
In 2012, I graduated with my Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Children and Families with a PPSC (Pupil Personnel Service Credential), which allows me to work in schools.
After obtaining my masters, I wanted to gain a deeper understanding into the psyche of children and adolescents, so I began my fellowship at the prestigious Reiss-Davis Child Study Center. It consisted of a 2 year commitment where I attended seminar classes and provided services to emotionally disturbed children, adolescents and their families from a neuro-bio-psycho-social developmental view. I completed my fellowship with a specialty in psychodynamic psychotherapy working with children, adolescents, families and their parents.
