Adult Therapy
Adult Therapy
Adult psychotherapy is highly individualized, with goals varying based on each person’s needs. For some, therapy may focus on improving self-esteem, managing anxiety, or enhancing emotional or professional functioning. For others, therapy may address feelings of dissatisfaction or the impact of a significant, stressful event that has affected their well-being.
In therapy, we will work together at your pace to explore your inner self, build your internal strength, and help you achieve greater self-acceptance and happiness. It’s important to recognize that this is a process that requires time and effort. At times, you may leave a session feeling positive and fulfilled, while at other times, you may experience the opposite. It is crucial that you communicate these feelings with me, as they are an important part of your journey.
Whether your goal is to enhance your daily functioning or to perform at your best, I will support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, identifying the strengths and challenges that may be holding you back. We will work on developing coping strategies and relaxation techniques to improve your daily life, work performance, and relationships.
I work with a wide range of challenges, with many focusing on:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Relationship Problems
- Performance Anxiety
- Parenting Concerns
- Life Transitions
